An investment by the Harper Family Foundation will raise Creighton’s national profile and bolster the College of Nursing’s ability to recruit and prepare outstanding future nurses.
A transformational gift will create the Harper Scholars, the first program to provide full-tuition scholarships to Creighton College of Nursing students. The fund will award 30 scholarships over a four-year period, starting with the 2023-24 academic year.
The program is named for the late Charles M. “Mike” Harper, HON’95, and Joan F. “Josie” Bruggema Harper, two visionary supporters of Creighton University.
