From the Mall - Michael Kelly and Winnye Tu

How do Creighton students respond when they travel to Europe to come face-to-face with Holocaust history and tragedies of the past? It depends on the individual. But everyone who’s been part of the Nuremberg to the Hague summer abroad program has experienced something transformational.

Michael Kelly, JD, LLM, the Senator Allen A. Sekt Endowed Chair in Law, and second-year law student Winnye Tu joined From the Mall to discuss the program’s impact. Certainly, the trip provides essential lessons on international criminal law — but there are also so many personal moments of growth that inspire participants to consider their own Jesuit foundation and values.
