Today, on Wednesday, Dec. 10, we hear from Liz Jones, a senior in the College of Arts and Sciences. She offers her interpretation of a Bible passage, Matthew 11:28-30. How can we receive the restfulness from Christ during such a busy time of year? For Jones, perhaps it's simply about Spending a few extra minutes of prayer, being present in the moment or even just getting a full night’s sleep.
