message from the dean

As a graduate of the Heider College of Business, you know firsthand the difference in a business degree from Creighton—integrity before profits. Our students learn exceptional business and leadership skills in a Jesuit, Catholic environment that distinguishes Creighton students and makes them extremely attractive to employers.

I am proud to tell you that essentially all of our undergraduate business students are placed in a career or graduate school of their choice immediately following graduation. With more than 3,000 internship opportunities available for our business students, we find that those who participate in more than one internship while in college receive three to five job offers before they graduate.

Our MBA program has been ranked in the top 100 of part-time MBA programs in the nation by U.S. News and World Report, and our finance department was ranked No. 21 in the nation by U.S. News. Your Heider College of Business is on the cutting edge of business education with innovative programs in leadership, entrepreneurship, bioscience innovation and commercialization, security analysis and portfolio management, business ethics and more.

I firmly believe that you, as a graduate of Creighton’s values-based Jesuit education, are among a group of professionals uniquely prepared to engage today’s complex business issues and develop solutions for a better tomorrow.

On this Alumni website, you will learn important information that will keep you connected to Creighton and your fellow alumni. Be sure to also read the Heider College of Business news to learn the latest on our students and faculty and check out our school’s website.

If you haven’t been back to campus recently, please visit. You will be amazed! And please stop in at the Heider College of Business office. We would love to see you.
