Basketball Pregame Events
Men's Basketball BIG EAST Tournament
Join Bluejay alumni, friends and fans in New York City for the 2025 BIG EAST Men’s Basketball Tournament! We're hosting a pregame party before each Creighton game, and you're invited!
- Date: Thursday, March 13
- Time: 4:30–6:30 p.m. EST. Jays tip off at 7 p.m. EST
Times are subject to change. - Location: The New Yorker Hotel Ballroom

- Cost: $20/adult (21+) | $10/youth for ages 6-20 | Kids 5 & under are free
Includes two drink tickets and light appetizers.
As Creighton advances through the BIG EAST Tournament, additional pregame parties will be held approximately 2 ½ hours before tipoff at The New Yorker. There will be no extra cost to attend and a cash bar will be available.

Selection Show Watch Party
You're invited! Creighton alumni, fans and friends are welcome to join the Bluejay men's and women's basketball teams on Sunday, March 16, to watch the NCAA Tournament Selection Shows.
This special event takes place at D.J. Sokol Arena. Doors open at 4 p.m. The men's show starts at 5 p.m. The women's show is at 7 p.m.
Admission is free and concession stands will be open with food and drink available for purchase. The Creighton student-athletes and coaches will be present during their respective selection shows.
2025 NCAA Division I Men's & Women's Basketball Championship Selection Show Watch Party

- Time: 4 p.m. (arena remains open until conclusion of women's selection show)

- Contact Rachel Mabrey in the Alumni Relations office.
- Find a bar or restaurant in your area willing to host a group of Creighton fans and reserve a space.
- Send watch party details to Rachel.
- The Creighton Alumni office will promote your event.
- Share a photo of your watch party. And have fun!

Former Bluejay Alan Huss coaches High Point to first NCAA Tournament berth
