"A Jesuit Walks Into a Bar" Comedy Night - Kansas City

Rockhurst High School - McGee Hall

Creighton alumni in Kansas City are warmly invited to join the Jesuit Friends and Alumni Network of Kansas City for “A Jesuit Walks Into a Bar”—an evening of comedy and Ignatian spirituality with Fr. Jake Martin, SJ.

A Chicago native, theatre-trained performer (University of Illinois Chicago), and Jesuit priest, Fr. Martin blends stand-up, culture, and faith in a way that’s thoughtful, disarming, and genuinely funny. His solo show appeared at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and he’s the author of What’s So Funny About Faith? (Loyola Press).

  • Date: Thursday, April 9
  • Time: 7 - 8:30 p.m.
  • Location: Rockhurst High School - McGee Hall
