A glimpse into the many construction projects in progress on campus.

Many areas of Creighton's campus are transforming this summer. From the north side of campus at Cuming Street to Morrison Stadium's front lawn. Take a peek at the evolution of these construction projects from June to July 2025.

The New Sophomore Residence Hall

The 151,000-square-foot building — designed by Holland Basham Architects — continues to make progress in anticipation of its opening in the fall of 2026.

Creighton's State-of-the-art Softball Competition Field

Set to open this fall, the new home for Creighton's softball program is nearing its final inning of construction. Almost ready for the first pitch on Friday, Sept. 19, 2025.

A New Practice Field for Creighton's Baseball Program

In addition to serving as the home base for Creighton baseball practice, the all-turf field will also be the principal location for teams preparing to compete in the NCAA Men's College World Series. Its completion is scheduled for June 2026.

More Parking for the East Side of Campus

The front lawn of the Michael G. Morrison, SJ, Stadium is currently being converted into parking lots to provide additional options for athletic events and to support the campus buildings on the east side.
