November 2010
About Us
The Office for Academic Excellence and Assessment (AEA) at Creighton University provides ongoing support and resources to enhance teacher effectiveness and student learning.

To learn more about faculty development programming, assessment, course design, student learning processes and/or effective teaching methods, or the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL), contact Mary Ann Danielson at 280-2535.

California (street) dreamin'
RSP 101 students at Creighton and North Omaha Boys & Girls Club members recently collaborated on a project called CUDreaming. The project involved discussing childhood dreams, using the book The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch.

Creighton students and club members not only paired up and discussed their dreams, but they recorded short videos about them, which were shared at a viewing party on Nov. 4.

Now in its second year, participation in CUDreaming has doubled. Creighton faculty preceptors Mary Longo and Brian Kokensparger guided this year's project. They hope that even more sections of RSP 101 take part next year.
